1 x 10hr Pre-Paid Time Block towards website design, development and consultation services used in .25hr increments. Any unused portion of time will be carried over indefinitely for future use.

On 10/2/23 (.75hr) – Dean and Shawn had informed me over the weekend that the short app form was missing, it has been replaced with a notice from LeadFormly that they have shut down and no longer offer services. I worked through old emails and tickets to identify we had discussed this early on in the year but only modified the lead forms at that time to include an opt-in mechanism and now they are no longer accessible. I also found the Purchase and Refinance quote pages were also no longer working. I suggested we could use old emails Dean had received as to determining the questions these forms used but Dean emailed me a suggestion to use for all 3 at least for now for the time being, should have some time tomorrow to get to these.

On 10/3/23 (2.25hr) – Per Dean, created a new lead for for the short app and then copied it to the Purchase and Refinance pages adjusting the questions, the form title, for id and other factors to match whether they were on the short app, refi or purchase quote pages, and then add 3 custom scripts to handle form fields such as financial, email, phone number, state and zip as each should only allow for certain things, ie state should only allow for the 50 abbreviations and not allow anything that isn’t a real state, same with zip codes being limited to integers w/ a max of 5 digits, the phone number only allowing 10 digit North American numbers etc. I adjusted for tablet and mobile phones and connected each to the Thank you page, finally testing all 3 w/ form submissions and emailing Dean upon completion.
